The Drive In Of DOOM!- Daredevil
Hello and welcome back to DOOM!’s exploration of the Comic Book film genre hosted by Aaron Fever and JJ Hawkins.
This month we We take a look at the first movie we have done that resulted in a Hollywood marrige! So please give us some reggae and watch Daredevil!
Aaron and I have gone on record as pro Daredevil in the past. We have defended Affleck against a torrent of hate whenever the need has arisen. Did our faith pan out, or are we like Linus, asleep in the pumpkin patch again, waiting for someone to bring us a blanket?

You remember movies from the late 90’s and early 2000’s right? We need two things, LEATHER AND FIRE!

So, this guy, he is smoking a cigar. He must be the bad guy, right? We must get one heck of a back story on him…

This guy is the reason to watch the film, in all honesty. He carries this film through breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I’m no expert on the subject but I’m fairly sure that’s not how sonar works (yeah, they call it “radar sense” but since it’s dependent on sound waves, not radio waves, that makes it sonar). As far as I know, recorded sound doesn’t carry the kind of spatial information that would allow Matt to form the image of a sound studio since sonar is dependent upon a PROJECTOR > OBJECT > RECEIVER relationship. Matt playing loud music in his room would only give him an image of his room because those are the objects the sound waves are bouncing off of. Perceiving the distance the sound waves has to travel is what forms the image; while recordings reflect the acoustics of the rooms they were recorded in, the information of the distance is still missing, hence no image. Again, no expert, just my general knowledge of the subject.
I think this is a reply to the question “does Matt see the studio the music was recorded in?”. And yes, I would figure you’re right about that.
Oh god, I forgot how much Evanescence was in this god damn movie.
