We here at DOOM Towers love to hear from our visitors. Partially because we have low self esteem and need to be told we’re pretty, and partially because you obviously have good taste so we can trust your opinion.

As a result, I have been tasked to ask you guys every month a question of utmost importance. A question that only you can answer. Some may call it a poll but I call it DECIDING THE FATE OF THE UNIVERSE.

It’s the first of March and that means it’s time once again for me to poll the DOOM readers on another ridiculous topic. In the past we’ve decided who has the best moustache, who is the greatest Avenger, and who dressed up for Halloween. It’s a veritable cornucopia of pointless questions. Nevertheless you’ve had your say and we here at DOOM Towers are nothing if not democratic.

Which is the one where I rule with an iron fist?

Last month, we asked which Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtle was the most Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtley of them all. It was a topic which caused much ruckus amongst the DOOM staff and we needed your help.

That’s right folks, Mister “Biggest Staff In The Room” himself, Donatello is now officially DOOM‘s favourite Turtle. Congratulations to him.

This month, I’m giving in and ~~exploiting the fanbase~~ including the crazy train that is pulling the My Little Pony bandwagon. The question is simple, which is your favourite?

Now, I’m aware that there are tons of different pony characters and I’m also aware that I don’t know too much about the show. So, to get this question right I have drafted in one of our DOOM bronies Sharpo to give us a Top 6 pony list to choose from.

Anyway, this is the place on DOOM where you have your say and tell us what you’re thinking about a myriad of weird subjects.

Whether you’re right or wrong, you’ve got a voice.

Last month, we asked you which movie you were most excited to see this year and the clear answer was The Dark Knight Rises (closely followed by The Avengers).

What was also clear, and a little surprising, is that nobody is excited to see the new Spider-Man movie. Sorry Peter, but not one person voted for your new movie. Looks like you’re the loser once again.

This month I’m deciding to settle an old argument between the DOOM staffers… Which mutant turtle is totally radical and which one is totally bogus, dude.

Did everyone see that music video with Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon Levitt? The one where they sing about New Years eve. It’s disgusting isn’t it? All that smiling and singing and talent and good looks. They make me sick.

However, if either of them would like to marry me I’m contactable via The Website Of DOOM and would make an excellent househusband. I wouldn’t require much looking after, although you may find my constant staring a little bit creepy.

Hey, be happy I’m not singing ABBA again. That was awkward for everyone involved.

Welcome back to the only place on the web that lets you decide all the important issues in life. Well, the only place at the Website of DOOM anyway. I guess some other site might also offer this service. I don’t want to get sued. Again.

A wise 38% of you chose to use a weapon of silence and accuracy last month. The sword is now offically the DOOM weapon of choice in a zombie apocalypse. Congratulations, 38% of you may live to see tomorrow.

However, 21% of you chose the wet fish. You are what we call zombie-bait and will allow the rest of us to escape. We thank you for your diversionary sacrifice.

It’s now December and we here at DOOM Towers are in the festive mood leaving only one obvious question to ask you.

Sometimes I look at my toothbrush and think, you’re named wrong. I mean, no one ever says, I’m going to go brush my tooth. Unless, well, you do actually have only one tooth. I’m confident in saying most of us have more than one little calcified stump, therefore it should be called a teethbrush. It’s probably just me, and this has absolutely nothing to do with this month’s poll. I’ve literally just brushed my teeth. I wouldn’t ponder this for long, but rather, bear with me as Aaron is off gallivanting around Dragon*Con *naked, I’ve been handed the reigns to come up with this month’s poll.

Last month DC and Marvel went toe-to-toe, and your votes were split in deciding who struck the Balboa killer blow. From here on, both companies will live in harmony, as equals. That’s right, the battle is over, but the galaxy spanning adventures of the Transformers will continue and the greatest Autobot of them all; Optimus Prime, will retur—what? Oh, sorry. Geek tangent. Poll. Right. Ok.

This month, DOOM! has a franchise related question for you: which is the best horror franchise of recent times? Yes, this would be perfect for October, but it’s September – you see we like to be the early bird… because we like worms. Or something. This made sense in my head five minutes back.
