Author’s Note: This article is quite personal, so if the impetus behind it seems skewed, that’s why.

This week, the podcast Villainy Inc. broadcast its last episode. For 142 episodes, Dr. Disaster and his co-hosts have worked to entertain the masses with talk of Star Wars, Pokemon, and the quirks of (sometimes) living in an Asian country.  The “dastardly” crew worked their hardest to please an audience they didn’t even know listened, and continued to record even though they felt like they were broadcasting into a void.

I don’t remember how I came across Villainy Inc, but once I heard it, I was hooked. I loved the banter between Dr. D and his friends, and I couldn’t get enough of it. I rapidly downloaded the back-catalog, and began to hear talk of other shows, mainly the Snydecast.
