JJ and his amazing friends Tom, and then in the second half Elizabeth are in the car this week! That’s right, our intrepid trio have a play to do and can’t just sit around recording things, so they make double use of there time in a totally safe way. Sure, they may intend to talk theater and projects and art and stuff, but they end up talking about the dream of the nineties and how Portland has a history with race that is best not dwelling on. All this and they don’t even die in a horrible car wreck!

JJ and all of his amazing friends celebrate 200 hundred episodes. Wow, 200. I can’t even tell all of you how amazing it is that you have stayed with this show. It is humbling and exciting all at once.
Part one of the celebration is a look back at how it all started. Clips from the first year are used to look back…and to see how far we have come. I had a ball putting this together, I truly hope you enjoy this look down memory lane.

JJ and his amazing friend Tom gather for a good time. Tom is a recent convert into the cult of ukulele and shares his love with all of you. Tom touches on the status of his book, Punk Mathematics, but the duo do not linger on too long on that subject. Why do they let the topic stray? Because the pair want to laugh, and laugh they do. They talk of what makes them laugh and why, and along the way have a good time that is bound to be infectious! Plus, at the end, Tom performs a song in full! Good times, folks!

JJ and his amazing friend Tom have to cope with JJ’s missing mic cable, so once again this week is recorded via on board mic. The pair have a lot to talk about, however, as they have not seen each other in quite some time. The Occupy movement is discussed in some depth, as it is “the most interesting thing going on right now” as well as the status of Tom’s book and the future of all media.
