I never really saw much of the tv cartoon but I remember watching the VHS of the movie a lot, I still have it somewhere along with a few tapes of the Beast Wars series (… yeah, I’m younger and robot animals seemed way cooler than robot cars, there’s a wasp and a crab and a velociraptor! Megatron’s a t-rex (and then a dragon! because disguise?)) and I totally disagree on the datedness of the music but that’s probably just down to my bad taste. Anyway yeah, was a fun episode, wouldn’t mind hearing some more non-comic-book-movie-talkin’-over in the future (or have Jason on Drive-In some time unless that happened already since I’m not super-up-to-date on that).
