Definitely agree that it could’ve been changed because of the Avengers 2 plans, or just that they’re saving weirder stuff for Guardians of the Galaxy, but don’t think it’s irreversible if way down the line they want a villain to be -inspired- by this guy in some way or another (although obviously that depends on how long the Marvel movie universe franchise runs!)

Personally I’m pretty fine with it since I just see the movies as being an alternative universe that doesn’t affect the comics, I totally get frustration with it though because like with the Resident Evil and Silent Hill movies, I get a bit annoyed about them taking the iconography from the games when they’re not doing it right! So, yeah.

PS with the editing thing, I think it depends on a) where you’re sitting and b) the projection, same with the makeup thing. I thought it worked a lot better when I saw it the second time on a slightly smaller screen from about the middle of the cinema, I guess we’ll see how it looks on DVD.

Anyway, to move this off that, great episode! I still have to see the Great Gatsby and I’m glad it’s good!
