I have to agree on the old batman movies not being related to the comic book. tim burton did batman as tim burton; he did not hold to the comic books like aaron said. Have to also concur that Blade seems like the first serious rendition of a comic book character. Maybe because blade was an innocuous comic book character.

And I totally agree with Aaron; Scarlett Johanssen is all woman but not bad ass kungfu woman. She’s got sissy stride. And she’s no million dollar baby or mother of the leader of the post apocalypse battle against the machines. That being said; she did a better job than I could ever have done……………………..um, yeah.

And JJ, spot on with Hawkeye. Aaron, you wrong chi’ld! Snap! Hawkeye was a shield soldier and I think they slid him up and in without going over the top. he needed to be a bit more subtle and unobtrusive being brought in to the avengers.

Cameo I wanted; third rate villians like “Absorbing Man”, “The Spot” or “Mysterio” looting during the invasion.

Doctor Strange is on my wish list for marvel. but, I think he’d be a hard hero to bring to film. And I don’t see any actors today able to pull the DS look off. rockin the doc-tasche is tough.
