Re: eye-patch lady. Not sure if she’s a mid-wife, or, due to the little window thing she keeps shutting, is one sort of nurse in an asylum.

We came up with another theory in the office. The TARDIS, knowing the doctor will die, impregnates Amy with a time-lord child in order to breed a new ‘driver’ for itself. I know right, ludicrous!
