On the episode front; I wasn’t quite sure on where Danny was riiiight at the end, with the white light. He blew up – was he back in the Tardis-sphere-thing. And why’d he still have the bracelet?

I would put any of Smith’s seasons over this one. I enjoy Capaldi, but it’s been very mixed.
