Looks to me like Cumberbatch has stunted Vulcan/Romulan ears though that could just be a trick of the camera angles. Anyway, pretty disappointing we’re getting another revenge plot. That makes three Star Trek movie plots in a row where the bad guy’s motives basically amounted to abject vengeance. Granted, that’s better than the dumbass plot to Insurrection, but do we really need another Wrath of Khan rehash?

They said the same thing about the Skrulls in the Avengers and what did we get? Ultimate Skrulls. Never doubt the back-peddling potential of Hollywood.

The title confuses me in the same way that TF: Dark of The Moon did but hey, it’s just a title, everyone will still call it “Star Trek 2″. Can’t wait to see Benedict act every motherfucker off-screen.

Sherlock seems to have super-human jumpy powers of Khan’s ilk.
Also the first lady who comes to mind for the important-to-the-movie person is Carol Marcus.
