I think a partial amount of that could be due to the volume of special effects involved in nearly every shot. Those don’t get completed until very close to a movie’s release.

I just wonder why they gave us two MEH trailers and then this. I am far more rabid to see Iron Man 3 and Star Trek, because they hooked me already. I love this trailer, but why wait?

Have you seen the other advert that looks less like a tv spot for Slenderman rather than Superman.

Yeah, and I can’t decide if that’s a good move or not. In a lot of ways, most of the goofy things about supes is based in and around the Daily Planet. But at the same time, it’s so central to the character it will be weird without it.

The no glasses thing is understandable. By the looks of the trailer, it doesn’t seem like he’s taken up at the Daily Planet yet.
