Also, is having that shot of something jumping into a helicopter the Wilhelm Scream for action movie trailers these days?

I’m guessing from the various tonal shifts that they aren’t sure whether to market it as a psychological thriller or an all-out action movie, so, chances are it succeeds as neither of those things.

I’ve seen the original Ape films but never really been a fan of them so this is an easy pass for me. That monkey in the bedroom pic is golden though.
